The Self Stop was a project designed with the concept to enhance people’s lives through small but meaningful ways. In our busy hustle culture, we often forget to stay productive we need moments of rest, even if they are as small as hydrating, taking a ten-minute break, or having food. The Self Stop is an app concept that aims to have reminders set to a personalized frequency to help improve your over all wellbeing. The concept of The Self Stop was also inspired by the “truck stop” or “pit stop”. It’s referential to the fact that you cannot keep going without refilling occasionally.
