Working with That Uppity Theatre Company during the Fall Semester of 2022 was a great opportunity to be active in promoting voter awareness! The event known as Dance the Vote: Midterms Matter was an event that dedicated time and energy to bring awareness on how important the midterms were, as it can effect far more than just who sits in the House and Senate. I was apart of Dance the Vote in a large way under the tutelage of Joan Lipkin who runs Dance the Vote. Here are the images I was able to take of the event! This was a non-partisan event so everyone was welcome and encouraged to attend and vote!
